Box Events is a tool for organizing and managing sports events and competitions. The organizer of each event (the corresponding gym or "box") is responsible for its content, participation conditions, prices, categories and running the event. Box Events acts as a technology provider and is not the organizer of events published by third parties.

You need an account to register. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information, keep your credentials confidential and be responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 14 years old to register.

You agree not to use the Service for unlawful purposes, not to impersonate others, not to attempt unauthorized access to systems or data, and not to interfere with the operation of the Service.

Registrations are made according to conditions set by the event organizer. When a registration requires payment, it is processed through our payment provider (Stripe); Box Events does not store your card details. Refund and cancellation policies are determined by the event organizer.

The software, brand and elements of the Service belong to its owner or licensors. Content provided by organizers and users remains with their respective owners, who grant Box Events a license to display it within the Service.

Participation in sports activities involves risks. The organizer is responsible for event safety and delivery. To the extent permitted by law, Box Events will not be liable for damages arising from events or the organizer's failure to meet obligations. The Service is provided "as is", without guarantees of uninterrupted availability.

We may modify, suspend or discontinue the Service (or part of it) for technical, security or business reasons. We will try to give reasonable notice of relevant changes.

We may update these Terms. We will publish the current version on this page with its update date. Continued use of the Service after changes implies acceptance.

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of Barcelona, unless applicable consumer law provides otherwise.
